Arm Cars, weather sealed Gimbals, and long lenses.
We used our GSS system in collaboration with a pursuit vehicle to bring high action sequences to life for the short film, ENSŌ.
Inside the GSS cinema mini we had the RED Helium camera and paired it with the Fujinon 19-90 as well as the Canon 30-300. We quickly swapped between lenses. The ability to move the camera around the rider safely at high speeds was only possible due to the OVERRIDE team and their Motocrane Hyper.
Performance beyond expectation.
"The moment Out in Space Studios hopped on board my project ENSŌ, I knew I had an opportunity to take the cinematography to an entirely new level that I could have only ever dreamed of. The ability to chase a motorcycle at upwards of 75mph at a focal length of 300mm and have total stabilization with a tack sharp focus should not be possible. But with Out in Space Studios it was very much possible. They helped bring to fruition an image that in the past would have only been accomplished with a green screen. It was truly an incredible experience." - Director Dylan Wineland
Award Winning.
The International Motor Film Awards is a highly sought after festival. We were so honored to win Independent film of the year! The action sequences wouldn't have been possible without the entire team working together on this one. Truly a labor of love.
